as a Founding Member

as a founding member in the newly announced Network Centric
Operations Industry Consortium, (NCOIC), a major international,
industry-wide consortium. The NOIC combines the experience
and expertise of 28 major companies to recommend a unified
approach that would enable sensors, communications and information
systems to interact within a global network centric environment.

family of USPIIe-GbT VMEbus single-board computers. The USPIIe-Gb
provides users with 550 MHz, 600 MHz, and 650 MHz UltraSPARC®
IIi+ RISC processing performance options, and compatibility
with the SolarisT 8 and Solaris 9 operating systems. These
high-speed VME 64-bit architecture boards offer users configuration
options designed to provide maximum I/O flexibility and performance.

For 24-bit, 2-D Graphics Support in a PMC Form Factor
8/4/2004, Fremont, CA - Themis Computer announced a low cost
TGA-100 Graphics Adapter. Offered in a PMC form factor,
the TGA-100 is based upon the Sun Microsystems XVR-100 graphics
technologies and operates with Themis' USPIIIi VMEbus
computer, USPIIe-Gb and USPIIe-USB single-board-computers.

Computer Announces Intel Xeon-based Rugged Enterprise Servers
7/20/2004, Fremont, CA - Themis Computer has announced two
new Intel® XeonT dual-processor servers for use in demanding
military and aerospace environments. Themis' RES-22XELT and
RES-32XELT servers are based on the Intel Xeon processor and
NetBurstT microarchitecture technologies. The new RES-22XEL
is Themis' most compact dual Xeon system in a 2RU (Rack Unit)
20" deep chassis, and the new RES-32XEL is offered in a 3RU
configuration that provides users maximum I/O flexibility
and high performance.

Selects Themis VMEbus Single Board Computers and Graphics
Adaptors for Control of Advanced Naval Guns
4/6/2004, Fremont, CA - Themis Computer announced the use
of its USPIIe-USB VMEbus single-board computers and TGA3D+
graphics adaptors by Oto Melara for use in its 76/62 high
speed, medium calibre gun systems. Oto Melara's 76/62 gun
mount has been successfully adopted by 51 Navies throughout
the world, and the company and its licensees have produced
over 1000 units. The Oto Melara 76/62 guns are a major advance
in gun evolution, and are more effective than other guns of
similar calibre. Under the agreement, Themis Computer will
provide the USPIIe-USB and TGA3D+ graphics adaptors for use
in Oto Melara 76/62 naval gun systems.

VMEbus Single Board Computers Selected for HAWK-AMRAAM Customizable
Medium-Range Air Defense System
2/3/2004, Fremont, CA -Themis Computer announced the use of
its USPIIe-USB VMEbus single-board computers by Kongsberg
Defence & Aerospace (KDA) for use in the HAWK-AMRAAM Fire
Distribution Center. Jointly developed by KDA and Raytheon
Company, the HAWK-AMRAAM is a transportable, customizable
medium air defense system that is capable of controlling and
coordinating the activities of air defense weapons - interceptors
and surface-to-air missiles - in a full range of air operations.
Under the agreement, Themis Computer will provide the USPIIe-USB
to Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace for use in mobile, land-based
HAWK-AMRAAM command units.
